    • This website is operated by Brevis Magic (‘Brevis Magic’ or ‘we’). Brevis Magic is our brand and registered company name by Igor de Kort. The company is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam as part of the Circus Brevis Company under number 34116890. These Terms of Service (TOS) govern each user’s access to this website.

Order requirements

    • To order from Brevis Magic you must be a physical person at the legal age of being able to legally buy fom internet or you are legally representing your company. By ordering from this website, you state that you meet these conditions.

Legal Agreement Between You and Brevis Magic

    • These Terms of Service (TOS) constitute a legal agreement between the user of this website (you) and Brevis Magic. You must accept and agree to, without modification, all of the terms, conditions, restrictions and notices contained in this TOS in order to access this site and buy from it.

Privacy Policy

    • Any personal information or company information you provide to Brevis Magic, will be used only for processing purposes and will not be shared with third parties. The data communicated may be processed by Brevis Magic for the purpose of customer service, communication on products and services by newsletter for those who so wish. It will be stored savely on a computer that is locked from the internet. This processing respects the protection of personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Regulations of the European Parliament (EU) 2016/679.

Rights and ristrictions

    • No items of this site (including, but not limited to, text, photos, graphics, audio, video) maybe used or published without prior written approval of Brevis Magic. The Brevis Magic illusions on this site may not be copied. They are for sale, together with the performance rights. The rights of design, production and performance are owned by Brevis Magic.

The processing of your order

Placing your order

    • Before purchasing, look well at the description on the website. If any questions or doubts, don’t hesitate contact us. By confirming your order, you accept all terms and conditions for purchasing from Brevis Magic on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ on this website. When the customer does his payment at the end of the order proces on this site and clicks to confirm that, he is irrevocably bound, its acceptance can not be questioned.

Order confirmation

    • You will receive an confirmation email once your order has been confirmed. If you do not receive an email please contact us before placing another order for the same item.


    • Most in-stock orders are processed and hand over to the shipper within 1-2 business days. Custom made items are being developed in communication with the customer, by sending fotos and descriptions of the item. The item is shipped after final approval. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed. All orders are subject to address and billing verification. Some orders, regardless of shipping method, are placed on hold if the customer information does not allow authorization. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined once it reaches the processing state. An order in the processing state is being prepared for shipping and can no longer be edited.

Backorders/ unavailability of a product

    • If a product included in your order is temporarily unavailable in our stock, you will be immediately informed by e-mail on the new waiting period. According to your wishes, you may, if necessary, accept a new delivery date or reject it and request immediate refunding of the purchase.

Payment methods

    • Advance payment is required. You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo or a charge card issued by American Express. You can also pay for your order using a PayPal account or by bank transfer (IBAN-BIC). The delivered goods remain Brevis Magic property until full payment of invoice, plus (if any) interest. In case of nonpayment, Brevis Magic reserves the right to cancel the order by simple notice eight days after a notice by e-mail or mail remained without result, without prejudice to the indemnity and refund of any fees charged.


    • All prices are in Euros. Prices can be subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we are committed to apply the current rates that were displayed at the time of your order.

Product taxes

    • In accordance with Dutch tax law, we do not need to charge you the Dutch product tax (VAT) if you are a foreign company and we receive your valid company name, address and tax number. Otherwise the relevant tax rate (VAT) is applied.

International taxes and duties

    • Shipments made outside of the EU, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please make sure to check your country’s import restrictions before purchasing.

Returns, cancelings and exchanges

    • We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, let us know and we try to provide a solution. If an order is cancelled on the basis of the European Consumer Law for distant purchases, notice of the canceling must be given within 14 days of purchase. Brevis Magic will send a refund form to be filled in completely and truthfully and the item(s) need to be returned to Brevis Magic in the orginal packaging, undamaged to the by Brevis Magic specified destination within the indicated periode. Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded or the seal is broken. The customer must return the item to his own charges and perfectly well packaged and protected if he does not wish to keep it. Magic illusions with Brevis Magic inventions include the performance rights and the right to be exposed to the secret technique or invention. These rights are asumed to be consumed having reveived the order and therefore those Magic items can not be returned. Custom made items cannot be returned. Original shipping, return shipping, handling fees and payment costs are not refundable. If there’s an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you.

Defects/ guarantee

    • If you received a defective item and need to replace it, please email us at info@brevismagic.com. To expedite correspondence, please include the order number or number on your guarantee card in the subject line. Brevis Magic guarantee is more than the legal guarantee on products: it is 3 years from the date of receipt of the product ordered. All products have a warranty (guarantee card). The warranty includes defects, malfunctioning parts, gimmicks and unreadable DVDs. This warranty EXCLUDES problems or damages resulting from accident, abuse, any unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, inappropriate use, falls, neglect resulting of misuse, theft or loss of items in all or part of the product initialy delivered complete. If there is any problem with the product, a part of it or with a gimmick, it must be sent to us as soon as possible with a copy of the invoice of sale dated. Upon receiving the product, it will be fully evaluated, to determine if it is under the warranty terms. If we find that it meets the terms of the warranty, we will replace or repair it and ship it back within the shortest possible time depending on the state of our stock at the time of receipt of the defective product. Brevis Magic’s responsibility is limited to the invoice value of the goods delivered (without shipping cost). In case of refunding, Brevis Magic may consider the advantaged of using the product that the customer has enjoyed since its deliverance.

How to return/ exchange

    • Place your item(s) and copy of your invoice in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your request. The return address will be provided in the confirmation of your email canceling the order.

Shipping and handling

    • Most in stock orders are processed and handed over to the shipper within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number. Mailing costs are calculated according to weight and volume of products ordered. These fees vary from one country to another and can clearly see the end of the purchase in our webshop. The customer can always retract if transportation costs do not suit him before confirming the order and its payment. Most items on this site have the shipping costs already marked with the product, so you can see the shipping costs immediately. Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. Brevis Magic is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. Brevis Magic is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the order process. International Shipping (Outside the EU): You are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes your order will be returned to Brevis Magic. You will receive a credit for the subtotal of the order but will not be refunded the cost of shipping and handling. If you have not received your delivery, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase or we will not be obligated to re-ship.


    • If for any reason your order is classified as �undeliverable� and is returned to Brevis Magic, you will be notified via email. Your order will be cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt, and you will be issued a refund for your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Brevis Magic will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.

Legal issues

    • This agreement has been drafted under European and Dutch Law. International conflicts will be treated by the International Court of Amsterdam

Modification of these Terms of Service

    • Brevis Magic may wish to update or change this TOS from time to time to reflect changes in the laws, changes in Brevis Magics’ policies, or for other reasons. Brevis Magic provides notice to users by adapting the ‘last updated’ date at the bottom of this TOS.
